Since 1989 I have gained various experiences and certifications in the field of IT, particularly with Project Management, System Integration, Administration, configuration and from 2002 onwards in Web Development & Graphic Design. I have gained my work experience in various Companies and Projects at different levels of Business.
Furthermore I have organization and leadership skills and love to work in the IT field as a Web developer and Graphic designer, which includes tasks of a Project Manager, System Administrator, Trainer and Consultant. I can work independently as well as a part of the team and I am capable of responsibilities within Web & Graphic design, Administration, Customer Support & Service and Management.
In November 2007 I acquired the „Master CIW Designer“ Certification. And in February 2009 I have successfully completed the Web Developer Diploma Course at Natcoll Design Technology College. With this NZQA level 6 Diploma, I brushed up my skills in XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP, to stay top notch in this Technology area. My actual achievements can be seen on my Student site. In December 2011 I have gained a Bachelor of Computing Systems degree at Unitec.

After becoming a New Zealand resident, I started to work as a self employed IT Consultant & Service Technician and as Web developer & Graphic designer and completed various projects.
While I was studying for a Diploma I added JavaScript, AJAX and PHP skills and started to work with Adobe Flash and made the CMS Joomla my new Platform.

Employed as a Knowledge Flow Manager my tasks were collecting, storing and providing confidential information to selected technologists. This included setting up new Lotus Notes Domino.Doc databases, customizing them and giving support and training to the technologists. Therefore I had to enhance the existing Intranet Knowledge portal as an information and training base, where I used only Notepad for the HTML and CSS coding.

My job profile included installations, Hotline, Customer training, Software- and database tests, customization, Software and Service sales, internal Hardware and Software support.
Also the improvement of executive qualities, such as a Competence Centre Leader for Software SIDOUN Services in South Germany and Austria, with about 16 Serviceman, in 8 Branches, from February 1997 until January 1998. Job topics were administration of personnel planning and -leading, internal trainings, large size customer support, verifying programming needs, appointment- and payment arrears and law suits.
In this work, I contributed to increase of customer satisfaction up to 91% and also the business expansions of the company direct and indirect to 4 million DM p. a.
Software SIDOUN Ltd. was at that time the biggest Announcement Software provider in Germany.
